- Exhibition days: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Breakdown: Last day, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Late setup fees apply after 6:00 PM

Stand Design Guidelines
Requirements and restrictions for your exhibition stand
- Maximum stand height: 3 meters
- Fire-retardant materials only
- No obstruction of neighboring stands
- Professional setup required for complex stands

Freight & Logistics

- Designated freight entrance available
- Forklift services can be arranged
- Security storage available overnight
- All shipments must be pre-registered
